Our customers are very important to us. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return most unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, exchange or full refund less original shipping costs. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. All returns or exchanges require prior approval by TroveKids.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
Exceptions to the general return policy:
- All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final.
- We cannot accept returns on special order items. Items that are considered special order will clearly be noted on their product page.
- Undergarments, feeding products and body care items (lotions, shampoo, sunscreens, etc.) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Return checklist:
- Call or email us to let us know what you are returning and why.
- Mail returned package with a tracking number (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages); include a copy of your original receipt.
- Items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Please indicate if you would like to exchange the item(s) for an alternate size/color.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will issue you a store credit, exchange, or refund on the credit card the item was purchased. If your item is a gift we will issue a store credit or exchange.
